Total applies its expertise to provide the highest service quality for car care. The ‘Total Quartz Pitstop’ concept offers a quick and efficient package of services to customers. The first center in Saudi Arabia opened in 2014 and there are now 17 ‘Total Quartz Pitstop’ branches throughout Saudi Arabia.

The ‘Total Quartz Pitstop’ Concept

Total’s patent express engine oil change ‘Quartz Pitstop’ centers offer a comprehensive car service in a friendly and comfortable environment, and with a personal touch that focuses on customer care and strengthens the relationship between both parties. It is also a customized solution provided to smaller outlet dealers, operating multi-brand oil change centers. ‘Total Quartz Pitstop’ aims at supporting local investors, branding such locations and providing training and marketing support to increase the number of customers. Services at the Pitstops can include the express oil change, guidance in terms of selecting most suitable lubricants and added value services such as  batteries, tires, minor repairs, etc, plus the benefits of sales promotion and free service check-ups.

Boosting the Network Expansion

Saudi Total Petroleum Products boosted its presence in Saudi markets through the expansion of its ‘Quartz Pitstop’ centers. The new quick engine oil change center - Al-Manar Althunaie Company for Car Service ‘Quartz Pitstop’ – located on King Abdul Aziz road in Jeddah, is the latest addition and one of the most important centers in terms of capacity and location.
